Our cocktail patties are a smaller version of the classic pastry, filled with our spin on Caribbean fusion flavors. These patties are perfect for parties, events, an easy snack or your kids’ lunchbox.

First and foremost the filling to dough ratio. We wanted to make a patty that contains more filling than dough. Our fillings only contain ingredients that contribute to the flavour of the patty.

Yes, we offer catering services for events of all sizes. You can either pre order patties and bake them off yourself or we can make a custom menu to fit any style of event. Contact us for more information.
